In 2026, the event and terms are below, copied from the form we used to sign up with A²ZERO.

The A²ZERO Green Fair is scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Main Street. Several downtown blocks will be open to pedestrians for a multitude of exhibits with activities and information, all centered around how our community can achieve carbon neutrality and build a cleaner, greener, and more resilient future for all!

Due to space limitations, exhibitors are included by invitation and approved by the organizing committee. This event seeks to motivate and encourage attendees to find ways to live sustainably and build community. Please be sure to tell us how your organization and your tabling activities will help advance sustainability as you complete your application.

If selected to join us at Green Fair, there is a tabling fee is $50 for non-profits and $100 for for-profits. Financial assistance is available for organizations encountering financial difficulties. Please email Missy Stults at mstults (at) a2gov.org to request a fee waiver. Environmental Excellence Partnership Program (E2P2) members in good standing also qualify for a full scholarship, subject to available funds on a first come, first served basis.

Those selected to exhibit will receive one 6' table and two chairs within a 10' x 10' space. Please note that access to electricity is limited, and that tents are not provided. If you have a popup tent (10' or smaller), we recommend bringing one in case of rainy weather. This is a zero waste event - please plan accordingly as to giveaways, materials, etc.
