Schedules

• Need to look into new schedule
  • Sam might be heading out before the 15th
    • Sam will get back to us within the next two days about his last shift
  • Taylor: No changes yet, but possibly changes in Winter
  • Craig: Slowing down on shifts, not much time elsewhere
  • Dana is interested in picking up some extra shifts temporarily / on an as needed basis
    • Also interested in helping with new schedules

Lock replacements

• Replace wooden door lock replacement
• Make sure that doors / locks are properly setup
• Janitor Closet

Receipts

• When you get a receipt, put it in the daily envelope
  • That's ALL receipts, not JUST the daily cash reg. receipt

Vending Machine

• Eric Hackenburger
  • Take multiple forms of electronic forms
  • Take his knowledge of programming on computers, and apply to the physical world, ie: a vending machine.
  • Missing Raspberry Pi! If you find it, Josh will buy you a real Raspberry Pie

2 Minute Tour

• Josh needs to give staff info on this
  • Simple index card run down of various key parts

First Sunday Waffles & Space Improvement Day

• Amazing clean up this past Sunday
  • Waffles at Noon
  • Improvements at ~2pm
  • Food later on!

Projects

• Can be started by anyone
  • If it doesn't hurt anyone, go for it
• If it needs money, make a proposal, submit to board
