The lease we have signed says we are to pay rent on the First day of each and every month:<br />
6/1/2013 - 5/31/2014: $1273.08<br />
6/1/2014 - 5/31/2015: $1311.28<br />
6/1/2015 - 5/31/2016: $1350.62<br />

Should we not pay within those three days, the lease says we will owe a 5% late fee. Details are in the lease (see above)
We have always paid by check. Unknown on other acceptable payment methods.
