- Member dues primarily go toward day-to-day operations

- What to expect in the next year
- Focus fund-raising on sustaining the organization
- any revenue will be in addition to member dues
- consistent with AHA's mission
- not interfere with individual member activities
- get $$$ for our efforts (ie. make more than it costs to do)
- spend those $$$ where members want to (ie. aligned with long-term goals NOT daily ops)
- do the best we can to keep people from getting burned out raising money
- do the best we can so no-one is ignored or pissed off in the process of raising money
