Items that fall within this category are not ones that people specifically come down to use. Yes, the Air Conditioner is great to get out of the heat, but it's not something that we shout out to people to try and encourage use of the space with!

Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Cash Register, Dehumidifiers, etc. Stuff that helps keep this place functioning, but is not directly used as a tool, should be put in here.
