This form was submitted to The School Factory on 2/21/2013.  While TSF originally anticipated being able to file this form on our behalf, that was unfortunately not possible, and we had to file our own Form 990-N anyhow (it was filed 5/14/2013).  Regardless of our 501c3 status in 2014 and beyond, it looks like we will need to file a 990-N/-EZ/etc. by May 15th each year.  Also, until we have our 501c3 status, TSF has said that they will want this financial data on a quarterly basis going forward.  For reference, here's the link of what their form looks like: https://docs.google.com/a/schoolfactory.org/file/d/0B7Invjv4qibUbGFUSHR1VzJ0M0k/edit?pli=1 .

2012

Here is the breakdown of the data filled in for each question. The amount is followed by the things making up that sum, as found in the 501c3 2012 finances doc. (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B9x4RIcqwUojdkRJXzhJRGdPdjA/edit) If the question is not present, it can be assumed it was $0.00:
