Our landlord is MTBU. They are located at:
536 S Forest Ave
Ann Arbor, MI 48104

They can be reached 24/7 at: 734-761-2680

  • If we have an emergency with the space, they should be contacted.
  • If we change the locks, they need to be informed ASAP.
    • Further contact details for the property manager, facilities director, etc., can be found here (Shared with Staff & Directors)
  • Copies of the original lease signed by Ops, and the addendum putting it in our name are available here (Shared with AHA Shop Directors)


The lease we have signed says we are to pay rent on the First day of each and every month:
6/1/2013 - 5/31/2014: $1273.08
6/1/2014 - 5/31/2015: $1311.28
6/1/2015 - 5/31/2016: $1350.62
