# The Emergency Exit needs cement/foundation support. There is temporary insulation in place, but the temperature still drops below freezing on the inside as a result. My understanding is that this has prevented the bathroom floors from being replaced. Any updates on either of these?

# The emergency exit/back alley has a solid layer of ice on the ground. It built up around our emergency door and prevented it from opening until we broke the ice apart this morning. For safety, can a layer of dirt / salt be put down in the alley?
