(5 min) Facilities Management Update - Josh

Awaiting response from Dena at MTBU about:

1. The Emergency Exit needs cement/foundation support. There is temporary insulation in place, but the temperature still drops below freezing on the inside as a result. My understanding is that this has prevented the bathroom floors from being replaced. Any updates on either of these?
2. The emergency exit/back alley has a solid layer of ice on the ground. It built up around our emergency door and prevented it from opening until we broke the ice apart this morning. For safety, can a layer of dirt / salt be put down in the alley?
3. There are a few leaks coming in around the damaged HVAC that we've referenced in the past to Greg. Last week a pile of salt/water came through and damaged some computer equipment. Can we meet someone in the next week or two about this patching some holes?
4. The front door sticks open. Brrrr : ) Can someone look into this?
5. The stench smell still comes in from time to time. Last we heard was that Guardian was going to do a follow up inspection / possibly try and pump smoke through the system again to find leaks, but I have not heard an update on this. Do you know what the status of this is?
