Oxford is willing to remove the counter area in the vape shop, since it's about chest-height, and partitions off a big chunk of the room.

Questionable 24hr access.  Landlord doesn't want people wandering around the other shops after hours, but it might be negotiable.
Majority decision by members present to pursue the 225 space! We will meet again with the landlord to discuss our concerns.

The plan is to use both the adjoining spaces, and knock out a wall.
