Emergency? Call 911

I am worried for my own or other's safety

  1. Avoid putting yourself or others in harms way
  2. Someone is using or threatening violence: Get to safety and call 911
    1. When the situation is over and you are safe, please call Josh or Nate, and follow up with an email to board@allhandsactive.com
  3. There are gas leaks, severe flooding, uncontrollable fire, etc., please leave the building immediately and call 911

  4. Someone is not using a tool safely, help them do it safely.

Someone has stolen/is attempting to steal stuff

  1. In progress?
    1. Tell them the item is not for sale/can't be borrowed, and to ask you if they have any questions.
    2. If they do not return the items, tell them you will call the cops.
    3. If they still don't stop and you think the item is of significant value, call 911, then call Nate or Josh.
    4. If they still don't stop and you think the item is of low value, call Nate or Josh.
    5. Do not do anything that would put you or others in harms way
  2. Gone? As soon as you safely have a few minutes of free time, please shoot an email to board@allhandsactive.com.

    2. If the property of someone ELSE was taken, please include contact information for that person!

Keep AHA safe by

  • If you have long hair, keep it tied back when you are around power tools.
  • If you are unsure about how to use a tool, ask someone for help.
  • Only use tools you have completed training with.
  • Only using tools you are comfortable with.
  • Help others when you see them doing unsafe things.
  • Wear safety goggles or glasses around when around power tools.
