• Announcements/new business:

• Operations:
  • "Garage sale"/Spring cleaning
    • Volunteers have started chipping away at some cleaning tasks, including the electronics area, as well as moving old/unused hardware to a pile that can be taken to SEMVCC later on.
  • Changed Saturday's Open Hours to Sunday
    • Still no big changes here, but people are still hibernating.
  • PC upgrades:
    • All set for now. Could use someone to set up Windows on the Framework and get it working with the CNC routers to replace the Mac Mini.
  • Job tracking:
    • No solid plans yet, but likely a combo of in-person job board and some kind of online tracking system. Joe proposes a Matrix plugin since we all are mostly using Matrix already. Nate will research any options there.
  • Signage: How do we get more foot traffic down here?
    • Sandwich board sign needs love -- apparently one side is missing
    • Raspberry Pi + Monitor: Jade would like to take this project on. Would display info about AHA and upcoming events on a loop somewhere in a visible spot for passersby.

    • We got around $2000 in donations at the very beginning of the year
    • Joe: Still need to close huntington bank accounts
  • City Personal Property Statement
    • We are exempt. Joe is in contact with the City on this, and working on filling out forms that will prevent us from getting bugged about it again in the future.
  • Recurring meat-space bank deposits - Nate Y.
    • We badly need someone to take ownership of getting this done regularly.
      • David will take over soon
  • Digital Ocean "DO Impact"
    • No response, David will reach out again. Nate will also forward the email from the last contact we used in case that could help.

• Outreach:
  • Joe will commit to taking flyers to the main library and branches
  • Jade has been taking photos of projects at AHA. Bea would like to make a sign directing folks on where to send any photos they take, e.g. #Publicity Photos or #Maker Show & Tell on Matrix
  • Meg and Mike: Set up a whiteboard of upcoming events, put it out with the "project board" on the table outside, create a volunteering task to keep it up to date.
    • Could be obviated by Raspberry Pi+Monitor project, but low-tech and quick is better than nothing right now.

  • Joe will run a Laser class in March
  • Meshtastic general meetup -- early spring? -- Mike & Nate
    • Nate: Still interested in doing this, but will need to pin down a time with Mike that will actually work.
