- Location: Kitty corner to the downstairs front entrance. On top of a shelving unit, just right of Dogfort Entrance
- Purpose: General use. Please avoid hogging bandwidth.
- Supports wired & wireless connections
- Wireless SSID: AHOPS
- Wireless Code: See workstation tables for printout of code
- Connected to it:
- NetGear FS524 (Wired Connections)
- Location: In the main space on the general worktable

Comcast | 16mbps/2mbps

- Connected to both Comcast & AT&T Modems, but currently rocking out on the Comcast Line
- A couple dozen Cat-5 cables run into a patch panel above the NetGear. All the paid workstations, shift machine, and accounting machine connects here.
- Linksys Wireless WRT54G running DDWRT

Problems
- Dude my game is lagging?
- Open "Ping Check" from the desktop alternatively open "Command Prompt" from the start menu and type "ping google.com -t" press enter
- Under 100ms good sign check individual computer
- Over 100ms probs comcast issue skip to step 4
- If it says time out, wait one or two minutes, notify customers that we are waiting for return.
- Check all computers for HD streaming, torrentting , or patching
- Polity Request they not do shady bandwidth stealing business on the gaming network
- Steam Games are being odd
- Ask Gamer to pause Alt/Tab and right click STEAM to enter library
- Check and pause nonessential downloads and patches
- Still laggy?
- Get a chair and unplug the modem (the Comcast one above the lair door) wait 30s-1min and re-plug *close out ping check before unplugging modem
- Wait a few minutes and do a "Ping Check"
- ARGH! the masses are getting impatient and still no internet
- Call Comcast at 1-800-391-3011
- All the info you will need for this interaction is taped to the side of the register

- Inform Gamers of status of fix ie. Comcast said 20 mins or Comcast said 10 hours
