  • July events needed

• Operations:
  • COVID-19 policies now based on current county transmission rate category
  • Long-term planning article is on the wiki: Long Term Planning - James
  • Space improvement scheduled to happen the last Sunday of every month
  • Saturday staffing - James
    • We need more help on Saturdays -- reach out on #Volunteering. James will also work on a scheduling thing for volunteer shifts during open hours.
  • UV printer - Donovan
    • Wants to give it a home at AHA
    • Needs a cleaning, some UV material has cured to the bed
    • Has another minor issue with certain parts of the prints are a little fuzzy
    • Basically needs someone to help move it in, and a little help diagnosing/fixing the issues
  • Nate will change paypal recurring payment button to reflect sponsoring memberships instead of co-working
  • Nate will reach out about the cricut and press donation that was scheduled for May

  • 3d printer class - Not well attended, but successful.
    • Suggestion to use Meetup to take payments? Just a smaller "reservation fee"?
  • Shapeoko class pushed out to July - James
  • Laser class being scheduled right now for July - Joe
  • Andrew still interested in figuring out Roland CNC, but has no defined date to do it
  • Make Magazine has summer camp materials - David
