This is just a collection of information on the wiki that are relevant to making life easier for the staff, and indirectly people that frequent our space!
How do I explain to people what we are?
- We are All Hands Active, a hackerspace, makerspace, and gaming center bowl of AWESOME.
- Find out what that person is interested in, and then focus on how space can benefit them. Ask them questions!
- The about us page on allhandscative.com has some fun commentary and videos!
- In short: We are a place where people can come down to create, socialize, and relax. We do this by providing people access to tools, resources, information, and the latest video games.
Handling the register
- Most payments occur using the iPad.
- If people are paying for time on PCs & Consoles, please also see the Smartlaunch Non Tech section on using Smartlaunch.
Membership
- Member Processing contains information on how to process new members, membership payments, etc.
- Membership Payment Status for when a member comes down and pays staff for their membership. This does NOT get updated for paypal payments.
