Internets

Internet connection is provided by 123NET.

The connection is cat 5 to a 123NET Cisco switch in the Oxford managed communications closet with 300 down and 300 up.

WIFI

WIFI is provided by the two Ubiquiti Access points throughout the space.

Two DHCP enabled SSID's are provided at present.

SSID: AllHandsActive-Guest

Throttled AHA public wireless. Defaults to 20mbps per connection. This places you on a private un-authenticated devices only network.

SSID: AllHandsActive-Members

Throttled to reasonable limits AHA member wireless. Secured simply with the password that can be found on the INFO WALL near the community table. This network is provided as a perk to members and allows unlimited devices for each member..

Provides DHCP, routing and firewall rules. Allows for load balancing 2 internet connections or fail-over via current disconnected WAN2 port. This does not have a built in Switch.

Allows management of the network, support for LDAP/Radius wifi users and hot spots, and 30 days of rolling network logs.
